Through Grants
Since its formation in 1996, Homecor has awarded modest grants to homeowners to assist them in maintaining and enhancing their home.

Through Renovations
Homecor purchases homes that are negatively impacting the surrounding neighbors, renovates them extensively, and sells them to owner-occupants.
​Latest project
​
In 2014, Homecor launched a new collaboration with Jubilee Ministries to raise funds and identify properties in Holland's central city to purchase, renovate, and sell distressed homes. This collaboration is called Partners for Renewal.
All renovations are financed by funds from Partners for Renewal and all homes are sold to owner-occupants upon completion.
